Yellowstone star Kelly Reilly says the remaining season 5 episodes will take viewers on a “wild” ride. The hit Paramount+ series is scheduled to return with its concluding episodes this November, and while speaking with RadioTimes.com, Reilly shared that she is eager to bring back the beloved series to its fans:

“Gosh, I’m really looking forward to them [the fans] having them [the last episodes]. We can only shoot this show in the summer because when winter comes in Montana from November through till May, it’s snowing – and shooting this show in the snow with horses, it’s just not possible. So we have one window and last year we lost it because of the actors’ strike. So I’m looking forward to them having the show back. I look forward to giving them their show back and look forward to ending it.”

She added that she is “looking forward” to giving audiences the Yellowstone ending that they deserve.

“I’m looking forward to giving them the ending of ‘Yellowstone’ that was always the ending of ‘Yellowstone’ back when I signed on in 2018 – so it’s like… it’s gonna be wild. And it’s gonna be… you know, I can’t really say much about it. I can’t say anything about it but I’m just looking forward to finishing the show for them in the way that the audience deserves, because the fans of that show have been incredible and so loyal.”

Yellowstone Star Addresses Possible Young Dutton Spin-Off

Yellowstone actor Josh Lucas shared his thoughts on the potential for a young John Dutton spinoff.

Created by Taylor Sheridan, Yellowstone has amassed viewers and spawned a universe of related series since premiering in 2018. The neo-western series follows the Duttons, a ranching family in Montana led by family patriarch John (Kevin Costner), as they face off against others encroaching on their land.

Despite initial reports indicating that Costner wouldn’t return for Yellowstone‘s final episodes (due to scheduling conflicts and a falling out with Sheridan), a recent development hints at a possible Dutton family reunion. Last month, a report claimed that Costner’s reps were working on negotiating the Academy Award-winning actor’s return for the final series episode.

Could Kelly Reilly Reprise the Role of Beth Dutton in Another Series?

While Yellowstone may be coming to an end, talks around a spinoff that would see three of the cast’s central characters’ storylines have continued to float around for months. The spimoff (now titled 2024) would reportedly see Reilly, Cole Hauser, and Luke Grimes reprise the roles of Beth, Rip, and Kayce. However, a report claims that the trio is not fully onboard due to salary issues. About her involvement in the upcoming series, Reilly told RadioTimes.com:

“I just care about finishing [the OG series] with as much care and as much passion and as much love as I can muster to put into it… I’m sort of prepping for that now, [and] that’s my tunnel-vision thing that I care about most. And what goes on beyond that?” She adds: “There are discussions, you know. Don’t believe everything you read. It’s just nonsense…”

Other big names attached to the project – but also not yet confirmed – are Oscar winners Matthew McConaughey and Michelle Pfeiffer.
