Every TV Show Coming to Disney+ in September 2024

As the go-to place for family-friendly television shows and movies, Disney+ never seems to disappoint. From animation to live-action, the streaming platform is well known for providing various content suitable for all ages. Given the streaming service is the home of some major franchises, including Star Wars and Marvel, it’s no wonder they’ve quickly become one of the most sought-after streaming platforms out there.

With a returning competition favorite and a brand-new Marvel spin-off series that fans can’t wait to see, the streaming service certainly has some heavy hitters ready to arrive over the coming weeks. As September creeps closer and the spooky season sets in, one show in particular will get viewers in the mood for Halloween. Whether viewers want to cozy up on the couch with their families or enjoy the latest shows alone, Disney+ has something for either occasion.

LEGO Star Wars: Rebuild the Galaxy (Limited Series)

Stream on September 13

LEGO Star Wars: Rebuild the Galaxy is a family-friendly animated series part of the LEGO Star Wars franchise. The latest adventure takes a bit of a different turn than its predecessors and offers viewers a different version of what the world of Star Wars could have been. When an ordinary nerf-herder named Sig Greebling (Gaten Matarazzo) discovers an old relic inside a hidden Jedi temple, he accidentally rewrites reality.

Now, in a world turned completely upside down where the good guys are bad, and the bad guys are good, Sig is determined to make things right and return everything to the way it was before. With the help of an elusive and long-forgotten Jedi, Sig will have to become the kind of hero he’s always admired to piece the universe back together. The limited series includes voice performances by Tony Revolori, Bobby Moynihan, Marsai Martin, Michael Cusack, Ahmed Best, and Mark Hamill. LEGO Star Wars: Rebuild the Galaxy is streaming on Sept. 13.

Dancing with the Stars (Season 33)

Stream on September 17

Ever since Dancing with the Stars premiered nearly 20 years ago on ABC, it has continued to delight its fans. A dance competition series, the show pairs professional dancers with celebrities who then compete with other couples for judges’ points and audience votes. Each week, the couple with the lowest scores and votes is eliminated until only one remains. Hosted by Alfonso Ribeiro and Julianne Hough, the series’ panel of judges includes Carrie Ann Inaba, Derek Hough, and Bruno Tonioli.

Currently, only American gymnast and Olympic bronze medal winner Stephen Nedoroscik has been confirmed for the upcoming season. However, those rumored to be joining the competition series include former Philadelphia Eagles center Jason Kelce, rugby Olympian Ilona Maher, former Golden Bachelor Gerry Turner, and Australian breakdancer Raygun. Dancing with the Stars Season 33 is streaming on Sept. 17.

Agatha All Along (Season 1)

Stream on September 18

Agatha All Along is the latest Marvel spin-off series centered around the villainous witch, Agatha (Kathryn Hahn), whom viewers first saw in WandaVision. The show takes place in the aftermath of its predecessor’s finale as Agatha (Kathryn Hahn) escapes Wanda’s (Elizabeth Olsen) spell in Westview with the help of a goth named Teen (Joe Locke). While she’s no longer trapped, she still remains without her powers.

To regain what she has lost, the sarcastic and sassy witch seeks to form a new coven of witches to face the trials of the legendary Witches’ Road and ultimately regain the power Wanda stripped from her. Full of various tribulations, the road clearly won’t be as simple as Agatha thought. She might have assembled a myriad of fellow witches to assist her, but Agatha remains as conniving as ever and likely shouldn’t be trusted.

If her previous endeavors are any indication, the loyalties she maintains only go as far as her own self-interest. Because she’s betrayed plenty of witches in her life, including her previous coven, it seems abundantly clear she would have no problem doing it once more if it meant her powers would be returned. Agatha All Along is streaming on Sept. 18.

Ayla & the Mirrors (Season 1)

Stream on September 27

Ayla & the Mirrors is a Spanish-language family drama series about a spoiled rich girl named Ayla (Violeta Madel) whose world turns upside down in an instant. After losing her father, Ayla is left with no memories and no one to claim her. As a result, she is sent to the El Bosque shelter. While there, she encounters a dance group known as Inés and The Mirrors, which sparks something inside her.

Surprisingly, she discovers a unique ability: she can hear the feelings of others via musical visions that come to her unexpectedly. As such, she begins to thrive. However, during her time at the El Bosque shelter, her aunt Esmeralda (Mar Abascal) aims to keep a close eye on her and her actions to ensure Ayla doesn’t become a threat to her aunt’s newly inherited fortune. Ayla & the Mirrors is streaming on Sept. 27.
